'I began this journey in Diversity & Inclusion a few years ago when working for a charity that focused on social integration. I saw first-hand the benefits of having people from all different backgrounds working together, breaking down barriers and achieving great things for society. As a man who is racialised as Black and identifies as gay, I try to use my personal experiences to shape any work that I do.'
